Project Information
Project Overview
Perched on an L-shaped promontory overlooking the Sioufi public garden, Sioufi Heights offers uninterrupted views of the garden, Beirut River, and surrounding mountains starting from its lower floors. This unique urban setting supports the design of two high-rise towers—rising 20 and 28 stories respectively—strategically offset to maximize panoramic corner verandas. The taller of the two towers is equipped with rooftop solar panels, embracing sustainable energy solutions.Behind the residence's secure entrance, a cascading multi-level garden leads to a spacious glass canopy at the rear, which bathes the pool and fitness area—housed in the first basement—in natural light.
